He oversees grant calendars, submission timelines, required documentation, client follow-up, reporting deadlines, portal requirements, and internal workflow across multiple nonprofit engagements.
Working closely with consultants, analysts, and grant writers, Silvian helps ensure that each opportunity moves from research to submission in an organized and timely manner. His role brings structure to the grant development process, reduces administrative pressure on client teams, and helps maintain consistency across NXT Giving’s growing portfolio.
